Michael Kightly set to miss start of season

Winger Michael Kightly is set to miss the start of the new Premier League season.

Kites told Wolves’ Official Website that he hopes to play some part in a pre-season game but won’t be fit to start pre-season when the rest of the squad do.

He last played for Wolves in the November defeat to Blues at Molineux.
